5.1 Course access Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the course content as described on the course page at the time of enrollment. Access is personal, non-transferable, and limited to the duration stated at enrollment.

5.2 Course content We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve course content, curriculum, schedules, and materials at any time to ensure accuracy and quality. Material changes that reduce the scope of a course will be communicated to enrolled students.

5.3 Live classes Live sessions are scheduled in advance and communicated through our platform, WhatsApp groups, and email. Recordings of live sessions are made available to enrolled students within 24 hours of the session. We are not liable for technical issues beyond our reasonable control including internet outages or platform downtime.

5.4 Student conduct You agree to use course materials solely for your personal, non-commercial learning. You may not record, redistribute, resell, or share course content – including videos, PDFs, assignments, or mock tests – with any third party.

6. Mock Tests and Resources

6.1 Access Mock test bundles grant access to a defined set of tests for a validity period stated at the time of purchase. Unused tests do not carry over after the validity period expires.

6.2 Fair use Mock tests are for your individual preparation only. Sharing, reproducing, or publishing test questions, answers, or solutions in any form is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

6.3 Free resources Free resources including PDFs, previous year papers, and video masterclasses are provided for personal preparation only. They may not be redistributed or published elsewhere.

7. Fees and Payment

7.1 Pricing All prices are listed on our website and include GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change. The price at the time of enrollment is the price you pay – changes after enrollment do not affect your course fee.

7.2 Payment We accept payments via Razorpay – including credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and select wallets. EMI options are available on select plans as shown at checkout.

7.3 Instalment plans If you enrol under an instalment plan, both instalments are mandatory and must be paid on the dates specified at enrollment. Failure to pay the second instalment by the due date may result in temporary suspension of access until the outstanding amount is cleared. Partial refunds are not available for instalment plans once the first instalment has been paid and course access has begun.

7.4 Failed payments If a payment fails, you will be notified and given an opportunity to retry. Access will not be granted until full payment is confirmed.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

8.1 Eligibility window A refund request will be considered only if:

  • It is raised within 7 days of enrollment, and
  • You have not accessed more than 10% of the course content (including videos, assignments, live sessions attended, or mock tests attempted)

To request a refund, email info@designthinkerschool.com with your name, registered phone number, and reason for the request within the eligibility window.

8.2 Non-refundable cases No refund will be issued if:

  • More than 10% of the course content has been accessed
  • The request is made after 7 days of course activation
  • The reason is a personal schedule conflict or change of mind after content access
  • A live session was missed due to your own unavailability

8.3 Mock tests and single purchases Mock test bundles and individual resource purchases are non-refundable once purchased or attempted, except in the case of a verified technical failure on our end.

8.4 Special circumstances In the case of a genuine emergency such as a medical condition or family bereavement, we may at our sole discretion offer partial credit toward a future course, a deferred batch transfer, or another suitable arrangement. These are evaluated case by case and are not guaranteed.

8.5 Processing Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
