Our commitment We want every student to feel confident before enrolling. If the course isn’t right for you, we’ve made the refund process simple and fair.

Course refund eligibility You may request a refund if:

• The request is made within 7 days of enrollment, and
• You have accessed less than 10% of the course content – including videos watched, assignments submitted, live sessions attended, or mock tests attempted

Both conditions must be met. If either is not satisfied, the enrollment is considered final.

How to request Email us at info@designthinkerschool.com within the 7-day window with:

• Your full name
• Registered WhatsApp number
• Reason for the request

We will respond within 2 business days.

Non-refundable cases No refund will be issued if:

• More than 10% of course content has been accessed
• The request is made after 7 days of activation
• The reason is a change of mind, personal schedule conflict, or exam postponement
• A live session was missed due to your own unavailability

Mock tests and resources Mock test bundles and individual resource purchases are non-refundable once purchased or attempted. If you experience a verified technical issue on our end that prevented access, we will offer a replacement or credit.

Instalment plans Once the first instalment is paid and course access has begun, the second instalment is mandatory. We do not offer partial refunds on instalment plans. If you wish to pause your course due to a genuine emergency, contact us and we will explore options together.

Special circumstances For genuine emergencies – serious illness, family bereavement, or relocation – we may at our discretion offer one of the following:

• Transfer to the next available batch
• Partial credit toward a future course
• Extended access duration

Refund processing Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
