A refund request will be considered only if raised within 7 days of enrollment and before accessing more than 10% of the course content.
If more than 10% of the course (videos, assignments, tests) has been accessed; if the request is made after 7 days of course activation; or for missed live sessions or personal schedule conflicts.
These are non-refundable once purchased or attempted, except in case of a verified technical issue.
Instalments once scheduled must be completed as per the payment plan. Delays may result in temporary suspension of access until dues are cleared.
In case of a genuine emergency (health, relocation, etc.), the team may review the case for partial credit or future course access. Email info@designthinkerschool.com with your payment details.
